Sage Software Online 
Sage Software Online is a Web-based service offered to the Customers of Sage Software, Inc. Sage Software Online allows you to do the following:

Search for answers to questions about Sage products.

Find program fixes, service packs, and support knowledge articles.

Read user manuals, installation guides, year-end tips, tax-table updates, technical bulletins, and hot issues for Sage products.

Review your current customer support cases with Sage, and your company profile and contact information.

Sage Software Online is maintained by the Sage Customer Support Services (CSS) department. When you use Sage Software Online, you access the same knowledgebase used by the CSS analysts who answer customer support phone calls.  Keystone Software's support staff uses this knowledgebase as well.
