William Delgado: President

Bill Delgado, president of Keystone Software Solutions, Inc., co-founded the firm in 1998. He presently leads the management team towards the firm's vision of exceeding clients expectations and providing tools to better direct their businesses. His extensive experience in analyzing business processes has made him an expert in translating requirements into technical solutions. For many years, he has provided guidance on delivering client solutions involving complex business systems.

Before co-founding Keystone, Bill provided programming, consulting and systems analysis through computer consulting firms. Bill's primary focus has always been to extract the optimum level of benefit from the software for each and every one of his customers. By following this focus, Bill has been successful in helping area businesses reach their potential through the use of MAS 90 and MAS 200 software for over fifteen years.

Sam Wandzilak- Vice President

Sam Wandzilak Co-founded Keystone Software Solutions, Inc. in May of 1998. His broad experience in implementing accounting software systems and supporting the technical aspects of management information systems allows him to excel in this position. Sam's genuine concern for Keystone clients and their businesses also contribute to a level of dedication that is second to none. An expert in terms of Sage MAS 90, MAS 200 and MAS 500 client training procedures and implementation practices, Sam is a valuable asset to the ongoing success of Keystone Software's technical staff.

Sam continues to develop our technical team and also helps to broaden the scope of service offerings. He works closely with the consulting team to develop client solutions for using business management software tools. In addition, Sam is a Sage Software Certified Trainer, and complements his technical knowledge with classroom training in our Training Center.

Before co-founding Keystone, Sam provided MAS 90 and MAS 200 training, implementation, and ongoing support for various consulting firms. In addition, Sam was an experienced controller for a local manufacturing company. 

Lorne Kingsley - Director of Professional Services
 

Lorne Kingsley joined Keystone Software Solutions, Inc. in March of 2007. Lorne brings more than 20 years of technical consulting and management experience to his new position. Most recently, Lorne ran his own successful consulting business. Prior to that, he spent nine years working for SAP America as the director of technical consulting, as a consultant with KPMG, General Electric, and a host of other IT consulting organizations.

Lorne holds a degree in Information Technology, and has made his home in the Reading area for the past 15 years. Originally from upstate New York, Lorne is married with one son, and enjoys motorcycling and sailing.
 
Paul Gabel- Senior Consultant

Paul Gabel joined Keystone Software Solutions, Inc. in September of 2000, following four years working with MAS 90 and MAS 200. His 10 years of MAS experience are supplemented by 12 years of experience as a general manager for a multi-million dollar contracting firm. As a Senior Consultant, Paul's main focus is to get his clients up and running on their New MAS 90 and MAS 200 software systems. With a background in managing the operations of a business office, as well as degrees in electronics and accounting, Paul has a great deal of valuable experience to bring to the client installation and training situations he encounters. 

Cary Swist- Consultant

Cary joined Keystone Software Solutions after completing his Bachelors of Science degree in Information Science and Technology. He gained experience through both his classroom education and a comprehensive internship in his field. As a consultant Cary is responsible for implementing and upgrading customer software systems as needed. In addition to his consultancy, Cary actively resolves any software issues and support calls. 

Kerry utilizes over 30 years of computer industry experience in his position as Account Manager. Responsible for managing all customer accounts and relationships, Kerry reports to Bill Delgado and Sam Wandzilak. His previous experience includes Executive Management, Project Leader, Senior System Analyst, Information Systems Manager and Consultant. Most recently, Kerry was president of All-County Software Consultants, which was acquired by Keystone Software in early 2006.
 

Bruce Focht- Technical Support Analyst

Bruce Focht is the main customer contact for phone support. Reporting internally to Lorne Kingsley, Bruce feels his most important bosses are our customers. He brings with him 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting the Sage MAS family of products. With his experience and a philosophy that matches well with the company, Bruce has hit the ground running as technical support analyst. 

Stacy Greer- Office Manager

Stacy has been with Keystone Software Solutions Inc. since early 2007. She is responsible for daily operations and internal accounting at the firm. Stacy enjoys speaking with customers on a regular basis as she answers incoming calls and routes them appropriately. The wide variety of tasks assigned to her ensures that no day is ever the same as the last.
